Provides that in road districts and consolidated road districts that are permitted to accumulate taxes for improvements to certain nondedicated roads within a subdivision, the total accumulations permitted under the provision may not exceed 50% (instead of 10%) of the total funds held by the district for road purposes. Effective immediately.
