Senate Sponsors: WELCH. Short description: VEH CD-GREEN FLASHING LIGHTS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the use of green oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights is prohibited except on vehicles used by security personnel on private property they were hired to serve by the owner or owners of that property or by an association representing the owners, or on vehicles used by a security company, alarm responder, or control agency on private property the security company, alarm responder, or control agency has contracted to serve. Provides that the lights are not to be lighted except on the private property served.
