Short description: AIRPORT LAND LOAN-TRANSPTN BND Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the State Finance Act, the General Obligation Bond Act, and the Illinois Aeronautics Act. Allows loans made to public airport owners under the Airport Land Loan Program to be made from the Transportation Bond, Series B Fund as well as from the Airport Land Loan Revolving Fund. Requires moneys representing repayments for loans from the Transportation Bond, Series B Fund to be deposited into the Airport Land Loan Revolving Fund. Effective immediately.
