Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Personnel Code.  Exempts the technical and engineering      
   staff of the Department of Natural Resources from  the  provisions  of      
   the Code.  Effective immediately.                                           
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes the immediate effective date.
