ICC 4 MEMBER QUORUM                                                        

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Public Utilities Act.  Provides that if there  are  no      
   vacancies  on  the Commerce Commission, 4 members constitute a quorum;      
   otherwise,  a  majority  of  the  Commission  constitutes  a   quorum.      
   Effective immediately.
