CON FRD CASH REFUNDS                                                       

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Provides that if a consumer paid cash for merchandise, the seller must      
   make  a  cash  refund to the consumer at the time the seller accepts a      
   return of the merchandise.
