CUSTODY-CHILD BEST INTEREST                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Marriage and  Dissolution  of  Marriage  Act.      
   Provides that in a proceeding concerning child custody, visitation, or      
   removal  of  a  child from Illinois, the court may order an evaluation      
   concerning the child's best interest as it relates to the  subject  of      
   the proceeding.  Provides procedures for requesting the evaluation and      
   for using the evaluation and calling the evaluator as a witness in the      
   proceeding.  Effective immediately.
