PEN CD-CHGO TCHR-SICK TIME                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Chicago  Teacher  Article  of  the   Pension   Code.      
   Increases  the  amount  of  unused  sick  time that may be included in      
   calculating the retirement pension, from 244 to 315 days.  Amends  the      
   State  Mandates  Act  to require implementation without reimbursement.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          The fiscal impact cannot be calculated, but is estimated to be       
          minor.
