GRP INS NOTIFY EMPLOYEES                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.  Requires  issuers  of  group      
   accident  and  health  policies  to  employer groups to notify covered      
   employees, in addition to the employer, of  termination  of  coverage.      
   Effective immediately.
