VEH CD-NO ROADSIDE STOP                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.   Prohibits  a  police  officer      
   from  conducting  a  roadside  safety  check  without  probable cause.      
   Prohibits the admissibility of evidence obtained from a check that is       
   in violation of this provision.
