Provides that the designee or designees of any or all of the Directors of specified agencies may serve on the Coordinating Committee of State Agencies Serving Older Persons. Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Eliminates the limitation on the number of persons who may be appointed to an advisory committee on child protection investigations. Amends the Illinois Planning Council on Developmental Disabilities Law. Provides that the designee or designees of any or all of the Directors of specified agencies may serve on the Council. Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act. Provides that the designee or designees of any or all of the officials specified in the applicable Section may serve on the advisory committee. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
