Requires disclosure of the identity of members, limited partners, and general partners, as well as shareholders, entitled to receive more than 7 1/2% of the distributable income of a limited liability company or limited partnership, as well as a corporation, that has an interest in real property that is the subject of a contract with the State or a unit of local government. Requires names of owners of an entity that wholly or partially owns an entity that is entering into such a contract. Effective immediately.
