Short description: 
RIVERBOAT GAMBLING-DOCKSIDE                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act.  Authorizes dockside gambling.      
   Authorizes licensees  to  permit  continuous  ingress  and  egress  of      
   passengers.  Deletes provisions granting the Gaming Board the power to      
   authorize the routes of  a  riverboat  and  the  stops  it  may  make.      
   Reduces  the  admission  tax from $2 per person admitted to $2 per day      
   per person admitted. Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934 to  make  a      
   corresponding change to a cross reference.
