VEH CD-SOLICIT ROADSIDE-LOCAL                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to provide that  a  municipality      
   may,  by  ordinance,  determine  certain  requirements of a soliciting      
   agency before the agency is permitted to solicit motorists  along  the      
   municipality's   highways,   instead  of  the  agency  satisfying  the      
   requirements provided in the Illinois Vehicle Code.
