Provides that the Transportation to Work Program is created within the Illinois Department of Human Services. Provides that the Program consists of a low-income transportation subsidy component to cover transportation costs for commuting between home and work and an automobile acquisition component to assist low-income workers to acquire an automobile for transportation necessary to maintain employment. Contains provisions concerning the operation and administration of each component. Effective immediately.
