Provides that no person licensed as a brewer, manufacturer, non-resident dealer, or foreign importer of beer shall be issued an importing distributor's or distributor's license. Provides that no person licensed as an importing distributor, distributor, or retailer shall be issued a brewer's, manufacturer's, non-resident dealer's, or foreign importer of beer license. Effective immediately.
