Subject to appropriation or other available funding, establishes the Prostate Cancer Screening Program in the Department of Public Health. Provides that entities funded by the program shall coordinate with other local entities to provide screening and other services to men at risk for developing prostate cancer. Provides for adoption of rules to implement the program when funding becomes available.
