Short description: COMMNTY SRVCS ACT-EMPLYEE COMP Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Community Services Act in provisions regarding financing community service providers. Provides that providers of community service shall, at a minimum, compensate employees at the same rate used by the Department of Human Services for personnel costs in the formula used by the Department for funding the providers. Those providers who compensate employees at some percentage less than the rate for personnel costs in the State formula shall have their funding reduced by that same percentage. Requires providers to report to the Department actual compensation levels for employee categories used in the Department's formula, including salary and benefit costs. Effective immediately.
