Reinserts provisions similar to the bill as introduced, making appropriations for the ordinary and contingent ex- penses of the Department of Human Services for State FY2000, making various changes. Effective July 1, 1999. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts provi- sions similar to Senate Amendment No. 1, making various changes. Effective July 1, 1999. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Changes, adds, and deletes numerous line item appropriations to the Department of Human Services for State Fiscal Year 2000. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Changes the amount of appropriations from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Grants-in-Aid and Purchased Care and for costs associated with Family Assistance Programs and Home Based Support Services Programs.
