Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses  of      
   the State Universities Civil Service System. Effective July 1, 1999.        
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Deletes everything. Makes appropriations to the State Univer-          
   sities Civil Service System for its ordinary and contingent expenses        
   for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999. Effective July 1, 1999.           
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2.                                                
        Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropria-        
   tions to the State Universities Civil Service System for its ordinary       
   and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000.           
   Effective July 1, 1999.
