Appropriates $733,560,600 to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for its ordinary and contin- gent expenses, the Fire Service Institute, and other purposes. Effective July 1, 1999. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Replaces everything. Appropriates $733,450,300 to the Board of Trustees for expenditures authorized by law, including expenditures for the Illinois Fire Service Institute, the Office of Real Estate Research, and expansion of the Chicago campus. Effective July 1, 1999. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the contents of the bill as introduced but changes the amounts appropriated to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
