SCH CD-CNTY SCH UNIT-NO WAIVER                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Trustees  of  Schools  Article  of  the  School  Code.      
   Provides  that  a  waiver  of  a  mandate  established under a Section      
   concerning county  school  units  may  not  be  requested.   Effective      
   immediately.
