Provides that a support obligation, or any portion of a support obligation, that becomes due and remains unpaid for 30 days or more shall accrue interest at the rate of 12% per year. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Changes the rate at which interest shall accrue on child support payments that become due and remain unpaid for 30 days or more from 12% per year to 9% per annum.
