PROBATE-SUMMARY ADMIN-$150,000                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Probate Act  of  1975.  In  provisions  setting  forth      
   conditions   under   which   distribution  of  an  estate  on  summary      
   administration is permitted, increases from $50,000  to  $150,000  the      
   maximum gross value of a decedent's estate.
