SAVING & LOAN-GARNISHMENT                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois  Savings  and  Loan  Act  of  1985.   Deletes      
   provisions  exempting  a savings and loan institution from garnishment      
   proceedings concerning capital accounts.  Effective immediately.
