Provides that a third or sub- sequent conviction for public indecency is a Class 4 felony (instead of a Class A misdemeanor) and a third or subsequent conviction for disorderly conduct when the offense is entering upon the property of another and for a lewd or unlawful purpose deliberately looking into a dwelling on the property through a window or other opening in it is a Class 4 felony. Provides that a first conviction for this form of dis- orderly conduct is a Class A misdemeanor (instead of a Class B misde- meanor).
