U OF I-FORMER TRUSTEE PROHIBIT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the University of Illinois  Trustees  Act  to  prohibit  a      
   person,  for  one  year  after the person is no longer a member of the      
   Board of Trustees, from entering into a contract with  the  University      
   of Illinois or being employed by the University of Illinois. Effective      
   immediately.
