Senate Sponsors: WELCH. Short description: COMPENSATN REVIEW BD-ABOLISHES Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Creates the Compensation Review Board Abolition Act. Abolishes the Compensation Review Board. Provides that the compensation of officers determined by the Compensation Review Board shall be the last compensation set by the board immediately preceding the effective date of this Act that was not disapproved by the General Assembly, or the compensation reduced by the General Assembly, until the General Assembly by law changes the compensation. Repeals the Compensation Review Act. Effective immediately.
