Excludes all airguns, including pneumatic guns, spring guns, paint ball guns, B-B guns, and compressed gas guns from the definition of "firearm". (Present law excludes from the definition of "firearm" a pneumatic gun, spring gun, paint ball gun, or B-B gun that either expels a single globular projectile not exceeding .18 inch in diameter and that has a maximum muzzle velocity of less than 700 feet per second or breakable paint balls containing washable marking colors.) Excludes any ammunition used in an airgun from the definition of "firearm ammunition".
