$CHGO TEACHER PENSION FUND                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Chicago Teacher Pension Fund Continuing Appropriation      
   Act.  Provides a continuing  appropriation  to  guarantee  payment  of      
   required  State  contributions  to  the  Chicago Teacher Pension Fund.      
   Effective July 1, 1999.                                                     
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined. State contributions to CTRF      
          could increase significantly every year.
