Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election  Code  and  the  School  Code.   Changes  the      
   general   primary   election  from  the  third  Tuesday  in  March  of      
   even-numbered years to the first Tuesday  in  March  of  even-numbered      
   years.
