CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES FEDERAL                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act.  Exempts from  the      
   requirements   of   the   Act   anabolic   steroids  exempted  by  the      
   Administrator of the federal Drug Enforcement Administration from  the      
   requirements  of  the  federal Controlled Substances Act.  Changes the      
   schedule of  certain  controlled  substances  and  eliminates  certain      
   controlled substances from the schedules.  Effective immediately.
