House Sponsors: MAUTINO. Short description: MUNI CD-ANNEX-BOUNDARY AGREEMT Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that if unincorporated territory containing 60 or fewer acres is wholly bounded by 2 or more municipalities and all of those municipalities have entered into a boundary line agreement concerning the unincorporated territory, then any of the municipalities may annex that part of the unincorporated territory between the municipality's then current boundary and the agreed boundary line by ordinance after giving the required notice.
