Deletes reference to: 720 ILCS 5/1-1 Adds reference to: 720 ILCS 5/36-1 from Ch. 38, par. 36-1 720 ILCS 5/37-1 from Ch. 38, par. 37-1 740 ILCS 147/40 new 740 ILCS 147/45 new Deletes the title and everything after the enacting clause.
