Establishes geographic limits on the execution of an arrest warrant for a misdemeanor if the court issuing the warrant does not specify the geographic limits on the execution of the arrest warrant. Provides that an arrest warrant for certain misdemeanor offenses may be executed statewide if the judge issuing the warrant does not limit the area in which the warrant may be executed.
