Provides that the authority conferred on county boards with respect to regulations governing maps, plats, and subdivisions does not apply to condominium campgrounds in non-home rule counties with a population of less than 35,000, according to the 1990 federal Decennial Census. A condominium campground is defined as a campground in which individual units are sold. Provides that the amendatory Act is declarative of existing law. Effective immediately.
