COURT CLK-COOK CO-FEES                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Clerks of Courts Act.  In Cook  County,  adds  a  bulk      
   information  fee  of  25  cents per record and authorizes the Clerk to      
   impose a remote access fee.  Effective immediately.
