Allows a county that has a county health department to demolish or repair a dangerous or unsafe building within the territory of a city, village, or incorporated town having a population of less than 50,000 (now, a county with a county health department may demolish or repair buildings within a city, village, or incorporated town having a population of less than 50,000 upon a formal request by the city, village, or incorporated town).
