Short description: 
CRIM CD-SEDUCING MINOR                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Criminal  Code  of  1961.   Creates  the  offense  of      
   seduction of a minor.  Provides that it is a Class A misdemeanor for a      
   first  offense and a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense      
   for a person to send a message to a minor by  telephone,  e-mail,  the      
   Internet,  or online service that is harmful material, with the intent      
   of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust, passions, or sexual      
   desires of the person or of the minor with the intent of seducing  the      
   minor. Effective immediately.
