Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois  Pension  Code.      
   Provides  that  employees  who  are employed on an academic-year basis      
   shall receive a full year of service credit for each academic year  of      
   service.  Effective immediately.                                            
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          The fiscal impact of HB 3862 cannot be determined, but is            
          estimated to be minor.
