Allows polygraph examiners employed by the Department of State Police to elect to come under the alternative (State Police) retirement formula; requires payment of the difference in employee contributions for past service in that capacity. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of HB 3833 has not been determined, but is estimated to be minor as there is a relatively small number of polygraph examiners employed by the State Police.
