Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the powers and duties of the Department of Professional Regulation. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 225 ILCS 37/18 225 ILCS 37/27 Further amends the Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act. Changes the term limits of the members of the Board of Environmental Health Practitioners. Provides that service prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act shall not be considered in calculating length of service. Exempts specified persons from the continuing education requirements. Adds an immediate effective date. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Deletes provisions providing that no member of the Board of Environmental Health Practitioners may serve more than 2 consecutive terms.
