VEH CD-SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMIT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Eliminates language  providing      
   that  the  special  school  zone  speed  limit  is in effect only when      
   children are present.
