Provides that a first offense of selling a rebuilt vehicle without providing the buyer a properly signed Disclosure of Rebuilt Vehicle Status form is a Class A misdemeanor. Provides that a second or subsequent offense is a Class 4 felony. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Corrections) The corrections population and fiscal impacts would be minimal.
