Provides that, for taxable years 2000 through 2004, each taxpayer who was a member in good standing of a volunteer fire department during the entire taxable year may deduct from adjusted gross income for the taxable year $3,000 or the amount included in adjusted gross income, whichever is less. Effective immediately.
