House Sponsors: RUTHERFORD. Short description: COM MENTAL HLTH-BOARD Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Community Mental Health Act. Provides that a member of the governing body of a governmental unit authorized to levy an annual tax under the Act for mental health services shall be appointed as a member of the community mental health board that has been established to administer the Act within the jurisdiction of the governmental unit. Provides that only one member of the governing body shall serve as a member of the community mental health board.
