Short description: 
BAN GREYHOUND RACE SIMULCAST                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Humane Care for Animals Act.  Prohibits a person  from      
   transmitting   or   receiving  simulcasting  of  greyhound  races  for      
   commercial  purposes.   Provides  that  a  violation  is  a  Class   A      
   misdemeanor.

          HB3058 would have no fiscal or corrections population impact.
