Permits a vehicle to tow 2 empty trailers on the roadways of this State if the overall length of the vehicle and trailers is less than 60 feet and the trailers are being towed from the trailer manufacturer to a trailer dealer. Requires a vehicle that tows 2 empty trailers to possess a ball-hitch towing assembly. Requires all vehicles in the combination to be properly equipped with operating brakes and safety equipment. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the towing vehicle must be a second division vehicle.
