Limits the application of the provision establishing the amount of the supplemental general State aid grant for a school district with a Low Income Concentration Level of at least 20% and less than 35% to any school year before the 2000-2001 school year. For the 2000-2001 school year, increases the supplemental general State aid grant for such a school district to $1,000 multiplied by the low income eligible pupil count. Effective immediately.
