Provides that the statute concerning dispensing of generic drugs does not prohibit the dispensing of a different drug product in place of a specifically prescribed drug product to a hospital patient or nursing home resident if the drug product is dispensed pursuant to written guidelines of the hospital or nursing home that are approved by the facility's medical staff and the patient's or resident's physician.
